Rule #5: Pray Better

People pray for forgiveness, they pray for themselves or others. Prayers don't always work for everyone, though.

Do a better job of praying, America. You're not doing a good job.

The problem lies in technique. Good posture is a start and so is using proper English when telephathically communicating with the Almighty. Most of all, don't squeeze your hands together so hard. Think like you're holding a golf club.

Be firm, but don't white-knuckle the Lord.

"If you're living like there's no god, you'd better be right. Enough said."

This goes back to the oldest religious "arguement" since the beggining of time- believe or else! What a great approach, we can't convince you to believe but maybe we can scare you into it.

Phrase of the day- white knuckle, I like it.

And we wonder why so many Catholics are becoming Agnostic and Atheist! Loved the reoccuring image aroused in my mind of me at 6 kneeling next to bed.
